    • To decide by consensus methodology and organisation criterion for the different entities and centres of adult people education in order to improve the learning processes. These entire criterions must be based on the participants’ interests and needs.
    • To give priority to people who have had fewer chances to participate because they don’t have basic academic accreditations.
    • To promote participation in all the spaces of the different centres and entities of adult people education
    • To foster civil participation in the different neighbourhoods, towns and cities where these entities of adult people education are situated
